Restorative Retreat – October 27th to Nov 2nd, 2017

Overworked, Overwhelmed or Exhausted?

From the 27th October to 2nd November 2017, I will be hosting a fully Restorative Retreat in South Africa for individuals who may be feeling exhausted or overwhelmed and in need of restoring their WELL-BEING and BALANCE.

If you are thinking “I don’t have time to slow down”, then this is definitely for you!

This is an intimate retreat for 4 individuals only, who are serious about rest and restoration and committed to shifting unhealthy patterns which can often lead to stress and burnout.

Here is your opportunity to:

  • Regain balance
  • Create awareness of unhealthy patterns
  • Embed healthier and more sustainable ways of working & living
  • Recharge your energy

Join me in the stunning region of Zimbali, north of Durban, South Africa. You will be staying in a private house in the Zimbali Costal Resort.

This is your TIME OUT and a doorway to reconnecting with yourself and what’s important through nature, stillness and a combination of coaching, relaxation & restorative practices, energy healing and meditation.

Zimbali is a 700-hectare coastal forest estate in the subtropical Kwa-Zulu Natal East Coast. The estate is set on the Indian Ocean, with its 3.5km stretch of coastline having an abundance of sea life in the rock pools and gullies. Dunes covered with lush coastal forest complete the circle in this pristine ecosystem, home to the rare fauna and flora of Zimbali.
